Domestic Shipping Policy:
Important Note: All orders are dispatched within 8-10 working days. For custom-made items, please allow an additional 10-12 working days for delivery. Please be aware that the transit time provided is an estimate, as our products are authentic and handmade, sourced directly from creators. We prioritize quality and rely on the time required by our creators to ensure the delivery of the best possible products.
Shipment Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped on working days, excluding weekends and holidays. For Punjab, Delhi NCR, delivery takes minimum 2 working days and maximum 5 working days, while the rest of India can expect delivery in minimum 5 working days and maximum 8 working days. In times of high order volumes, there may be a slight delay in shipments. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone. Additional transit days may be required, so please plan accordingly. We partner with Delhivery, DTDC, and Speedpost for all domestic orders.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. Please note that occasional delivery delays may occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order.
International Shipping Policy: At present, we exclusively ship within India and do not offer international shipping.
